Inttek™ Inventory Wizard is designed to be easily tailored to keep track of customers unique inventory items, from Antifreeze to Zebras. Customer defined item properties include their physical characteristics, how they relate to other items, where they are located, and their volumes. Inttek Inventory Wizard™ also allows unlimited warehouses and unlimited bins to be created for each item. Each location can determine its own stock levels, reorder points, suppliers, and order quantities. Items from multiple company and product combinations can be managed in the same application. Automated LIFO, FIFO, inventory management techniques are supported or the user can designate the priority of inventory movement.

Ease of Use
All of the typical inventory transactions are provided. Item inventories can be set based on physical inventory counts. New items can be added when received from suppliers or as a result of blending and production operations where lot numbering can be maintained. Shipments based on orders received will reduce inventory.

Integral Part of Supply Chain
Items are tracked from procurement, to receipt, to production, to order processing, to shipment. Full tracking of lot numbers throughout the warehouse and to the end user is included with the Inttek™ Inventory Wizard auditing and remembering every item move. Items can be sourced from suppliers and/or other warehouses.

Provides Inventory Management Information
Operational reports provide information on inventory changes. Management information is available to reduce inventory cost. Trend information can be used by the Inventory Wizard to determine optimum inventory levels and order quantities.
 
 


 

Flexibility:
Inttek™ Inventory Wizard is inexpensive to install and operate. Because the application is Web based the user should have minimal infrastructure cost to install or expand the support network. Education modules are included so staff can be trained on-line using a sample company. The application was developed using easy-to-use and cost effective, open source software.
