Easy to Adapt to Your Environment

The application is design to be easily tailored the customers’ unique administrative office environment.  Users and their initial passwords for your company are easily set up by a designated Office Suite Administrator.  The Administrator will also set up access capabilities between users, commonly used addresses,  forums and sub-forms, and the optional Timesheet application.  

When the users log in, they can further tailor the Office Suite based on the capabilities set by the Administrator.   For example, the user can provide read and/or update access to their calendar.

Easy to Use

All that is required to get started is to have your Administrator authorized by Inttek to access the Office Suite application over the Internet.

Expansion to Other Open Source Office Applications

Inttek has always been a leader in the use of open source tools and applications.  They are an active participant in the rapidly growing open source community and as such share in the growing  inventory of advanced open source applications.  The initial applications in the Inttek Office Suite come from several sources.

The basic framework, E-Mail, Calendar, Conference Forum, and Address Book are from PhPGroupWare

TimeSheet is from Seattle Server.

Inttek added code to improve the infrastructure and then integrated the applications together as a powerful, yet easy to use package
